Hydroxyapatite is a widely used material for the bioactivation of an implant’s surface. A promising hydroxyapatite coating approach kinetic deposition powder particles. The possibility solid-state improvement through merging Aerosol Deposition and Low Pressure Cold Spraying techniques prospect improving efficiency quality coatings. objective paper to study possibilities structure modification changes in process post-heat treatment. novel system joining was coating’s post-processing conducted using two techniques: Spark Plasma Sintering Pressureless Sintering. examined scanning, transmission, light microscopy, X-ray diffraction. Substrate–coating bond strength assessed tensile test. Homogenous buildup achieved. Various pores microcracks were visible sprayed thermal did not lead significant degradation phase. As result at 800 °C, increase adhesion crystal size obtained.
